Marissa Linton is the Lead Financial Officer at BMO Reinsurance. Marissa has 10+ years of experience in the financial services industry. She previously served as Senior Manager of Accounting and Reporting for the Company until her appointment as Lead Financial Officer in May 2020. She has a bachelor’s degree in Accounting and Finance from the University of Kent, United Kingdom and is a Fellow member of the Association of Chartered Certified Accountants.

Paula Codrington is the General Manager of BMO Reinsurance. Mrs. Codrington has 20 years of experience in financial accounting, reporting and auditing and has been with BMO Reinsurance for 10 years. She previously served as Chief Financial Officer of the Company until her appointment as General Manager in February 2020. She has a Bachelor of Science with Honours in Accounting from the University of the West Indies and is a Fellow of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of Barbados.

Jerome Lamontagne has been the Head of Actuarial & Risk at BMO Reinsurance for over 10 years. He has 20 years of experience in the insurance and reinsurance industry. Prior to BMO, Mr. Lamontagne was a senior engagement manager with Oliver Wyman Actuarial Consulting. Mr. Lamontagne graduated from Université Laval with a Bachelor of Actuarial Science and is a Fellow of the Society of Actuaries.
